Peacock Premium perk redeem from email not working

Hello,

Twice recently, including today, I've received an email that states "Peacock is already yours. Claim it now at no extra cost.  As a Platinum Xfinity member, you get Peacock Premium ($12.99/mo value) included at no extra cost."  I am a platinum member (shows that when I log in to xfinity.com).  I would like to have peacock premium, for free and only for free.  I do not wish to pay for it.  However, when I click on the "redeem peacock" link in the mail and log into xfinity.com , and go to my "membership benefits" tab, or the link in the mail, or xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions , there is no peacock premium perk or peacock premium free offer to be found.  There are others, but not peacock premium.  It is nowhere.  I tried the online chatbot and it was useless. I called the 1-800 number and the guy on the other end tried to sell me a different xfinity internet plan instead.  I am now trying these forums.  Please give me the peacock premium for free that I was offered; it is frustrating to waste time on logging into and navigating the slow website and talking on the phone with a support person who tries to upsell me instead of help me.  I do not want to change anything else.  I do not want to extend my contract or change my plan.  I just want the free peacock premium that you keep emailing me about.  Thank you for any help.

@user_qzon3d Thanks for adding a post to the community. As well for being a Platinum Rewards member, that is awesome. We have the steps to redeem the reward here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers. Scroll down to the section for redeeming it as a Diamond Rewards member, it is the same process for Platinum members.

Fully echo the comments by the user above and many other customers on this forum and elsewhere such as Reddit. I have the same problem. I'm not sure I can recall a more frustrating customer experience than repeatedly receiving emails stating that I'm entitled to something that then seems impossible to obtain.

It's unclear whether this is corporate incompetence or a deceptive consumer practice. The more complaints and the longer that time passes, the more it seems like an intentional deception. Perhaps someone with sufficient authority at Comcast can assign meaningful resources to end this doom loop. Surely you have a legal team that monitors complaints, one of which will lead to a consumer class action if that hasn't happened already. Is Comcast's marketing team or their outside consultants paying any attention? It's a remarkable unforced error to frustrate longtime customers with what appears to be an illusory offer.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Can you give us a little more detail on the steps you're going through to try and redeem your Peacock premium offer?
