Peacock Premium Perk, Not Working?

Diamond member here, signed up for free Peacock premium account yesterday…still nothing received, no login information at all. Can someone help with this?

user_emsnbk Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you have not received the email with the instructions to activate your offer. You can verify your Peacock Premium activation status, by going to xfinity.com/activate-peacock and log in with your Primary Xfinity ID and password. You should see an activate Peacock banner, or message. Once that is selected you should be directed to the Peacock website.
