Peacock premium not showing up
As a Diamond member I should be getting Peacock for free yet when I clicked on the link to get it the page said my account isn’t eligible. Please fix this.

Our team can help find out why the offer isn't sticking! To clarify, which link are you clicking that gives you that error? Also, do you see the offer listed when logging into the Xfinity Membership page?
