Peacock premium not reading my new login

I am completely stuck trying to activate my Peacock Premium benefit. I am continuously getting Error PPG_0017 stating my Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. I have tried changing my primary email and it doesn't work. I need an entitlement reset or a backend account unlinking on the Xfinity side so the activation token resets. Please help.
