Peacock Premium issues... I WANT AD-FREE!!!!

there is no area on this glitchy site that lets me update my Peacock subscription from Premium, to Premium Ad Free. the directions(Which were Extremely hard to find) tell me to goto my X1 box then to Subscriptions then to change it from there...problem is, it doesnt even show up.

Why do they make it so hard. Xfinity owns Peacock...why do i have to jump thru hoops to give them $5 a month...
