Good morning. We would be happy to look into this for you. Please send us a Direct Message to get started.
Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here:
https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question.

We’re aware some Xfinity Rewards, NOW TV and Gig customers are having difficulty activating their Peacock account. If you’re not seeing an activation banner on xfinity.com/account, please go to Xfinity Assistant and select Sign In. The activation banner should appear at the top of the chat and should work once you click it.
Please note: if you don’t see the banner in Xfinity Assistant and you’re a:
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for being an Xfinity customer

From their e-mail message, step #1 is to cancel your existing subscription, then step #2 is to use Xfinity Assistant to sign up for two years free. But step #2 doesn't work. I guess they don't want you to subscribe.

Having this same issue. I have spent over an hour chatting with 2 different agents who assured me that they could get this fixed. Today when I got the email about 2 free years of Peacock, I thought it was fixed. So I followed the link and signed into Xfinity assistant (that chat bot is garbage, btw) and there is no "activate now" link, no banner, nothing.
Please fix this. It's starting to feel like you are making this intentionally difficult so people will get frustrated and give up on redeeming the offer.
