Peacock Premium Free Subscription No Longer Available
Hi. I noticed on my recent bill that Peacock Premium is no longer listed. When I logged into my Peacock account, it said I don’t have a subscription. No changes were made to my Xfinity video service (I do not and have never had Xfinity Internet). My subscription was through Xfinity Rewards - Diamond member. There was no notification on my bill that the offer was being renewed. The offer is listed as "current" in my Rewards account, but when I try to reactivate it, I get a message that my account is not eligible for this offer. What happened, and how can I get it back? Thanks for the help
