Peacock Premium for free as a Dimond Level Reward Member

I was offered Peacock Premium for free as a Dimond Level Reward Member.  That was August of 2023.  It's now Feb of 2024 and the issue is still not resolved.  I have talked to countless people about this.  I have taken off work to try to resolve the issue working with multiple levels of support on the same day.  Still nothing.  Can anyone from Xfinity help me resolve this issue.  When I login to Peacock with my Xfinity email address it still says prick a plan.  And it's not for free.  The support just keep throwing bill credit at the problem I guess hoping it and me will just go away.

The issue has been resolved.  Unfortunately I don't know what was done to fix the issue so I can't post the fix so that others may benefit from this post.
