Peacock Premium Benefit Not Showing in Activated Subscriptions – Platinum Member

Hello Xfinity Support,


I am a Platinum Xfinity Rewards member and have redeemed my free Peacock Premium benefit, however it is not appearing in my activated subscriptions and I am still being prompted to pay for a subscription when accessing Peacock.
I have already completed the redemption process through the Xfinity Rewards dashboard. The benefit shows as redeemed on my end, but it is not reflected in my account and Peacock is not granting me Premium access.
Based on my research, this appears to be a backend entitlement issue that requires a manual reset on your end. I am requesting that your team perform an entitlement reset for my Peacock Premium benefit so that it properly activates on my account.
Please advise on next steps or resolve this directly. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
