Peacock Premium as a Diamond Reward

I joined Xfinity Rewards and saw my tier is Diamond.  I tried to claim free Peacock Premium as a reward but can't activate it.  I did get the email with the link but when I click to the link I get a page that says my Xfinity plan does not include Peacock.  When I access the Peacock app on my TV box it uses my old Peacock account (when it was free) and requires me to subscribe for any of the Peacock offerings.  I tried to cancel my old Peacock account but that option was not available on the Peacock site.  Can you please help?

Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to make this post

sandra614  We want to ensure you are able to activate this to enjoy! After redeeming the offer, did you utilize the Xfinity Assistant or our activation link to activate Peacock Premium for your account? If not, you would need to do this step first, and then once you log in, it should then update that you have Premium. You can visit our

Peacock subscription changes and FAQs page for more information on this offer. Below are also the steps, please let me know if one of these options work for you both!

Xfinity Assistant

1. Log in to your account on xfinity.com, then open Xfinity Assistant: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

2. Click Activate Now on the banner that states, "Your Peacock subscription is ready for activation." If you don't see the banner, try typing in "Peacock Premium Activation". If you still don’t see the Activate Now banner in Xfinity Assistant, you can also check your Xfinity online account for the same banner: https://login.xfinity.com/login

3. You will be redirected to Peacock, so you will want to finish activation on the Peacock site.

Note: You must use the primary email address associated with your Xfinity ID to redeem this Peacock offer. If you use another email address, the system won’t recognize the offer as valid.

OR

Peacock Activation Link

1. Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.

2. Select the Activate Peacock button to be directed to peacocktv.com.

3. Enter an email address and password for your Peacock account.

@XfinityRuben Thank you, the 2nd method, the Peacock Activation Link, worked for me!  With the first method, the Xfinity Assistant didn't bring up the banner, nor was there a place to enter anything on the page.  I think the key to the 2nd method (for me, at least) was to make sure that I was logged onto my Xfinity account before clicking the link.  Then the page with the guy on a laptop came up with the verbiage "Activate your Peacock Service Today" and a blue button to click.  Thence, I was transferred to the Peacock login page that said sign in to your Peacock Premium Xfinity Rewards membership (or something specific like that).  I used my Comcast email (which was the same as the email I had originally used when Peacock was offered free) and my Peacock password.

I tried the Peacock app out on my TV and it is registering there as well.  Thank you again.

Hi, I signed up for Xfinity Rewards for the first time, and found that I am a Diamond level customer. I have been trying to get the Peacock Premium reward, with no success. The above two solutions do not work for me. I cannot find activate banners or links either on Xfinity or Peacock. I had a paid Peacock Premium subscription at one time, but now it always asks me to subscribe again. Could this be a conflict? How can I delete previous Peacock account, and start over with Xfinity Diamond Peacock Premium Reward?

Greetings, @brucer500! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Peacock Premium reward, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Was the reward for Peacock Premium listed under available rewards when you signed up for the program? The two solutions mentioned above will only work after the rewards has been redeemed through your account. Have you already redeemed it and followed the instructions in the email?

Thanks James. I have not been able to redeem or activate the reward. When I go to the rewards page, other awards have "get reward" links or banners. When I go to Peacock Premium reward, it tells me to go to Xfinity Assistant, and "exits" is listed. Going to Xfinity Assistant doe not show a get reward link, just vague help banners that lead nowhere.

If you have an old account with Peacock, go into Peacock, sign out , then sign in again with your Xfinity email and password.

That’s what I did and it worked. Just fyi…to help others.
