Peacock premium activation

When I log on to manage my Xfinity account, I get a prompt that I’m eligible to activate my peacock premium membership. When I try to proceed, I’m prompted to sign on to my email account. I don’t have an email account with Xfinity. I can go to the Welcome to Xfinity Connect website, where I see a choice to reactivate my account, but I don’t want to do that. How can I activate my Peacock premium within the Xfinity app?
