Peacock Premium Activation FRUSTRATION 🫤

I have spent hours on the phone with technical support for Xfinity and a miserable amount of time on chat/text support with Peacock to no avail in activating my Platinum account included(free) premium subscription of Peacock from Xfinity.  The error message states that I already have an account active on Peacock through Xfinity click here to find the other email.   I have permenantly canceled (3) Peacock email accounts.  I'm not a novice in using technology,  I consider myself well versed in navigating subscription services and activation.   This is an extremely frustrating experience.   Someone please help!!!!!!

@kdovepa

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having activating your Peacock premiums services.  With that error message that you're getting stating that you have an account active on Peacock through Xfinity, have you went to this link to unlink the Xfinity e-mail accounts? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts

@kdovepa send our team a direct message with your full name, and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
