Peacock Premium Access Issue

Hello, I'm trying to use my Peacock Premium access (Platinum) but it's giving me the run around. The email on my account matches the one I used to sign up and access Peacock Premium for the past year but now it's no longer working and I'm unable to access content. I've seen some other people suggest they need their accounts to have an "entitlement refresh" to re-access Peacock Premium. Can I have that done to my account?

I am suddenly being told I need to upgrade my account to watch shows on peacock. I have it through platinum benefits as well. How do we fix this issue.

The reward for our Platinum members was valid for 24-months, has it been longer than 24-months? Have you recently moved? Please let us know.
