Peacock platinum perk
Received email saying May have Peacock at no cost due to platinum level member. Called and spent long time explaining to agent. Then transferred to Sales. They said we would have to upgrade at additional cost.
This is false advertising and will be reported. No cost means no cost. Answer please, as my next step will be a call to the Executive Office.

The Peacock Premium is included with most Internet promotions as long as it is above 300 Mpbs or higher, and if you are a Platinum or Diamond reward member.
Do you have one of the options above? If so, do you see the option to activate the subscription here ? Please let us know.
