Peacock Platinum Benefit

I'm currently trying to claim my Peacock benefit listed as being available to me for being a Platinum member. I'm told to visit StreamStore, but there's nothing available for me there. Am I able to redeem this benefit?

@XfinityBrianH I can now load the site, but the instructions don't seem to help. xfinity.com/rewards tells me I've redeemed the benefit, and I should go to StreamStore to activate. Under "My StreamStore Subscriptions" I see "You have subscriptions that require activation.", but xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions tells me I don't have any Xfinity subscriptions.

@XfinityAbel  I'm not sure when the benefit got redeemed. I've went through me e-mail history and none of the Peacock links from Xfinity lead me to a site that I haven't been to before. They all lead to the StreamStore, which doesn't list Peacock as an activatable subscription.
