Peacock Offer

I received an email with this:

Your summer glow-up starts withclaiming your Peacock perk
As a Platinum Xfinity member, you get Peacock Premium included at no extra cost.
Just sign in to see your member benefits, and redeem your Peacock Premium perk.


However, when I go in my account, it seems I am a gold member and the offer is not available. So why send me this email in the first place. Of course I wasted 20 minutes of my time working this out, because the platinum/diamond member requirement is in the small print. And there is no customer service to ask.

Just all round very annoying and poor service.

I see that you mentioned receiving an offer for Diamond/Platinum members while your current status reflects Gold. To help clarify, were you previously receiving service at another address, or have you recently moved?
