Peacock not Working in one room
My Peacock subscription is through Xfinity and works in main area but not one of the other rooms. Trying to get through the [Edited: Language] app is a nightmare. As I much as people charge me you should be available 24/7 immediately.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what we can do to help :) Our team is awesome to work with, and we are available 6 AM - 1 AM ET, seven days a week. To clarify, are you attempting to access Peacock on one of our TV Boxes?

I'm having the same problem. It seems a lot of people are. It shouldn't be this difficult. I don't have this issue with other apps. Comcast owns Peacock, it should be the easiest one! My living room tv works, I've had it for a long time. I have premium and it is free, part of my plan. But in the bedroom, no matter what email address I try to use, not only does it not work, it tries to sign me up as a new account. I hope I haven't subscribed to this thing multiple times now.
