Peacock not accessible - Gigabit Internet user
Hi. I have spoken to Peacock customer service and they have indicated that I need to speak to Xfinity Support as Peacock Premium is supposed to be free through Gigabit. When I log in to Peacock it is asking how I would like to upgrade from a "free subscription", and through Xfinity the link leads to "we're sorry, your account isn't eligible of this Peacock offer," when I already activated the Premium over a month ago. I just don't have access to what I already activated.
