Peacock Issues
I was told with my 1GB internet plan I would get free peacock premium. I activated the subscription. I am being charged 5$ a month which I did not agree too, peacock says that it is because my plan, which I was told free according to what I was told and the contract I signed through Xfinity. I have tried to cancel my peacock through Xfinity and it will not let me cancel. There is no way for me to unlink or cancel my account. This is illegal and it is fraud. I am going to be reporting this to the FTC and I will be contacting a lawyer. Plenty of cases have been brought forth for deceptive subscription scams keeping people in subscriptions by making it impossible to cancel. Again, I have recorded multiple attempts at cancellation of my peacock and am not allowed. This is again fraud as many times on your website it says cancel any time. This is deceptive. The Xfinity chat feature is no help with peacock and purposely frustrating. The instructions listed on your website do not exist in real life, the buttons they say to click do not exist. I have spent over two hours on this issue. If this is not resolved I will be canceling my account. Either way this will be reported to the FTC and a lawyer will be contacted.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
