Peacock channel doesn't work at night

Peacock works during the day but not at night for the last 3 weeks. Since I'm paying for it I should be able to watch it anytime, correct?

Thank you for reaching out here. That is definitely very strange to hear. When you are accessing that at night do you get some type of error message on the service?

No, just a black screen, no audio either.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
