Peacock app

I have a free Peacock account from Comcast, I did an app reset and now I can't open the Peacock app, I'm locked out.. Peacock wants me to sign in with password and email address. I never actually created a Peacock account  with either one of those, I was just signed in automatically by Comcast.

Hello @user_z9f98f I hope you are enjoying your night, I just wanted to follow up with your post and see if you were able to get that Peacock up and running.

No, since Comcast initially turned on this app all they have to do is turn it back on. I can't because I have no password or email registered with the app. Comcast enabled it for free without any input from me. If i go onto the Peackock site and try to fix it they want me to pay for a plan that I'm already supposed to be  getting for free from Comcast.

user_z9f98f A lot of our offers come with Free Peacock subscriptions. You do need to activate the offer before going to Peacock so you can link your login information to the app. If you check out the Peacock activation page here, it will help with step-by-step directions on how to get it activated for your account.

I have an active Peacock account and it has been active for a long time, when I go on Peacock web page  site it says my acct. is active, sign in,  but I don't have a password or email address for the app and I never have had one, so how the [Edited: "Profanity"] am I supposed to sign in.

When I did an app reset it caused all my active apps to lose password info and I got those back because I had registered them but I never had to create an acct. for Peacock because they just gave it to me for free and it just worked. I've never had to sign in since I've had it.

Whenever I go to the Peacock app I'd just click on the Peacock app and it opens. All the going to this site and that site to open it  is a worthless waste of my time, I just keep going around in circles and I'm getting really sick of it.

Something has to  be done on the Comcast end to fix it, there isn't any thing more that I can do.

I've been on that page, That doesn't work. That page is to subscribe and open an acct with Peacock. My acct is already active, I can't open it because I don't have a password and/or email with them.
