Peacock activation

Hello.

I was trying to activate Peacock through Rewards program and got the following message:

We're sorry.

Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can help.

The link does not take you to any representative, but to an automated service. Xfinity assistant, as always, is of no use whatsoever. Would somebody mind assisting me in this activation.

user_qb3no1 Hi there! I'm sorry to read of the trouble you are seeing with activating the peacock subscription with our Xfinity membership perks. I know this is a very popular perk and I would love to help out so that you can enjoy all the great programming peacock has to offer. 
After redeeming the reward is this the link you were told to click to activate the serivce? xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions

user_qb3no1 Thank you for confirming that is the link and sharing again where it's taking you. If you redeemed the reward within the last two hours, the entitlements may still be processing to be added to the account. However, I'm happy to take a look. Since this is an account / service specific issue can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? From there I will be able to check the service and entitlements to make sure they are flowing to your credentials. 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
