Thanks for clarifying, user_bazfiv, that helps! In that case, is Peacock listed when you navigate to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, or do you get stopped by a particular error message or code when trying to go through xfinity.com/activate-peacock?

Does not work. Has not worked and doesn’t look like it will ever work 

I understand, and we want to figure out exactly why it's not working. That's why I ask whether or not it's appearing on the "Your Subscriptions" page or throwing an error when trying to go through activation. The more info we have, the more we can help!
