Peacock Activation

New account - unable to active Peacock. In the activation hub, where I would expect to see the 'activate peacock' link, it says 'This information is unavailable at the moment.'. It has been this way since my account was opened.

Hello @user_qmejgh! Welcome to the Xfinity family, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. There have been reports of technical delays for some new customers. Here are the best ways to bypass that "unavailable" message and get your service activated:

 

  1. Try Xfinity Assistant: If the standard activation site is frozen, visit the Xfinity Assistant. Look for an "Activate Now" banner at the top of the chat window, which often works when other pages fail.
  2. Clear Browser Cache: Please clear your browser's cache or try a different web browser to ensure the "Stream Store" page loads correctly.
  3. Check Subscription Management: Log in directly to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions to see if Peacock is listed there as an available activation.
  4. Use the Direct Link: Try bypassing the Hub entirely by going directly to xfinity.com/activate-peacock while logged in with your Primary Xfinity ID.
