Peacock activation

Recently upgraded my internet speed so that I can have access to the peacock promotion but having issues getting it activated. I’ve been trying over a week to get someone to resolve this issue that can’t seem to be fixed, and I’ve followed the advice received and tried having a ticket put in but nothing. The email link I received to activate peacock doesn’t give to additional prompts to continue setting it up or create a peacock profile. The link only sends me to the Xfinity streaming services to make additional streaming purchases or upgrade the peacock subscription that’s already included
