Peacock activation issues

Hi,

 

My name is Ilana [Edited: "Personal Information"], and I’m hoping you can assist with a frustrating issue I’ve been trying to resolve.

 

Recently, I tried to activate a promotion on my existing Peacock account (associated with [Edited: "Personal Information"]), but it wouldn’t allow me to redeem the offer. I contacted  Xfinity multiple times, and they advised me to activate the promotion using a secondary email ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) with the assurance that the accounts could be linked afterward.

 

However, after doing this, I was informed that they could no longer link the two accounts. They directed me to Peacock support, but I’ve had a hard time finding the right point of contact.

 

This has been particularly frustrating because I’ve been a longtime subscriber to Peacock and recently switched back to Xfinity and have all of my saved shows and watch history on my original account. Now I’m faced with either starting over on a new account to use the promotion or paying more to keep my viewing history, which feels unfair given the misdirection I received.

 

Is there any way to link the two accounts or transfer my viewing history to the account with the promotion? I would greatly appreciate any help or alternative solutions you can offer.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
