Peacock Activation issue

I am currently paying for peacock premium plus on top of the included peacock with my gig plan. When I go to activate my subscription however, there is no link to activate peacock. Contacting support said that I already had a linked account under an email I have never used. Peacock customer service was unable to help as well.

That link did not work. When viewing my subscriptions it is blank under status and there is no link to the right side. I was able to activate disney without an issue
