Peacock Activation Error

Have only used Peacock through Xfinity as a Platinum benefit. Peacock is now showing that I have no subscription. I try to activate it through this link: https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. However, it keeps giving me this error when attempting to sign into Peacock: PPG_0017
