Peacock account

I have a peacock account that was activated and working up until I transferred my service from an apartment to a house on July 8th 2025. Is there any reason why it would cancel my plan even though all the accounts have stayed the same?

I thank you again for making a new post. I did see that with the transfer, you did retain the same services, which would include Peacock. It may be taking a moment to catch up due to the transfer, but I don't see that it was removed. I will complete a refresh of your profile to see if we can clear it up now. I would also clear cache and cookies on your end if possible.

I will try, but it seems like on the tv it may be more difficult. Thank you for your speedy reply and hopefully this clears it up.
