Peacock access for Diamond Reward member

Hi, could you please help me access my complimentary Peacock subscription for being a Diamond reward member?  It is not one of the cards listed on my rewards page.  I have several emails inviting me to access it, but when I go to the rewards page, there is no way to claim the reward.  Thank you.

Hey, @Kjc65! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are not seeing the free Peacock subscription listed. We can certainly have a look into this and see what's going on. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

I have tried numerous times to access my diamond member peacock subscription without success. I have even tried to access the $2.99/ month subscription for one year even tho I’m supposed to be getting this for free. It’s very frustrating and I don’t see why it hasn’t been addressed by xfinity?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, @user_48tqqh. We'd like to help! Have you tried all the emails associated with your account? If you try to access the peacock app on the box, does it allow you to? Or does it give you an error message?

I have the same problem.  I had 2 tickets open, but both were closed without fixing the problem.
