I recently had my internet set up. But it resulted in finding that the underground line needs to be replaced. Therefore it was not my issues. Am I going to be charged for that setup

Hello user_iyfoq3 , A tech visit can cost $100. Whether or not the charge applies is typically determined by the cause of the issue. The charge applies when the issue is related to internal wiring or customer owned equipment and does not apply for rental equipment or outside wiring. So if our tech determines a new outside underground wire is necessary then there would be no charge.
