Hello user_olevjb thanks so much for reaching out here on our Forums! Xfinity Mobile bills are set up for automatic payment by default. Each month, Xfinity charges your card for the full balance about 20 days after your bill cycle ends.
You are able to make a one-time payment before this by using the Xfinity App, or:
Make a one-time payment online
To pay through your Xfinity Mobile account:
Go to xfinity.com/mobile. Sign in with the Primary Xfinity ID and password. Select the Billing tab. Click Make a Payment. Choose the full balance due or enter another amount.
Select a payment method and click Continue. Use the card on file or use a different card. If you use a different card: You may need to enter a six-digit security code to verify your identity.
You can store this payment method and replace your card on file with the one you’re using.
Review your payment details. Click Submit Payment.
You can also utilize our Xfinity Assistant to do this as well anytime. We're also available via phone at (888) 936-4968.
