Hello, @user_dx98ld If you haven’t already I would suggest downloading our amazing Xfinity App. Not only would you be able to make a payment using the app, but you can set up payment arrangements from the app as well. 

 

A payment arrangement with Xfinity allows eligible customers to choose a date to pay their past-due balance, helping them keep their services active. To set it up, log in to your account on the app or at xfinity.com, select "Chat for options" to open Xfinity Assistant, choose "Billing and payments," and type "Explore flexible payment options." If eligible, select the payment arrangement option, pick a payment date, and submit. You may add a payment method later. Note that service interruptions occur if the arrangement is canceled or payment fails, and some services like On Demand are unavailable until payment clears.
