Payment status
Cancelled service before new period of performance do I pay the monthly charge? Cancelled September 11, 2020 before the new Period of Performance of September 15, 2020 through October 14, 2020. Do I pay the invoice at the end of the month? That invoice covers the 09/15/20 through 10/14/20 period.

I would love to help you out. The bill will adjust to how long you used the service within that last billing cycle after you made the change. We bill 1 month in advance which is why you are seeing that bill. There may be a small amount owed, but the bill should have adjusted by when I post this.

I cancelled before the new month started. The bill has not changed. The invoice is coming due (I cancelled before it started) and still have not seen the change.
