To request an installment plan for a past-due balance with Xfinity, sign in to your account at xfinity.com. You may see a message about flexible payment options. Then, select Chat for options to open Xfinity Assistant. If eligible, you'll see available options, including the choice to set up a bill assistance plan or an installment plan. Following the prompts will guide you through the setup process.
