Payment Plan

I have been attempting to set up a payment plan on my past due bill so that I can restore service at my home as I was unemployed for a couple months and it set back my bill. The app, website and phone number all have been very unhelpful in this right, so now I am reaching out to the forums to hopefully get a real person who can help out with this so I can get my internet back.

To help catch up on your past-due balance and restore service, you can try setting up a payment arrangement by following the steps here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement.

 

Alternatively, you may be eligible to set up an installment plan, which allows you to spread the balance over time: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due.
