Payment not showing online

I sent my payment 14 days ago, and it is not reflecting online. This is consistent over a long long period of time. Boston to Philadelphia is two days in the mail.  There are zero mail problems where we live.  This is outrageous.  Furthermore I get my bill two days before it has to be mailed to Philadelphia.  For years now.

What is going on.  This has nothing to do with the USPS.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

There has been NO solution to this problem as of November 24.
