Payment mobile

I am really fed up with this automatic system and automatic payment I have never ever requested for my automatic payment to be turned on. I am highly upset. I am looking for a new carrier as of today and I will not be suggesting Xfinity to anyone.

user_53lvhp Hello there! We appreciate your feedback, and reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. By default, Xfinity Mobile is set up for  Autopay. You are able to make one time payments as well. Is there any particular reason Autopay is not working for you?
