Payment made but service still disconnected

I mailed my payment.  I have tried to explain the situation in my home to xfinity since March 2000 and the bill has been paid even if it is overdue.  They continue to cutoff services with out any understanding and it is near to impossible to get a human on the phone it takes so much time and then it depends on who you speak to whether they reconnect you or try to get you to pay something with them on line when you already have a check in the mail to them.  It is a real scam.  Utility services like power etc. do not treat people this way.  When I move from this area I will not choose this company ever again.
