Payment kiosks Xfinity store

After having repeated issues with Xfinity taking weeks to process my monthly payment I’ve now been forced to go to my local Xfinity store and make the payment to ensure that the payment shows as paid on time. I don’t want to have to wait while people set up service etc just to make a payment so I use the payment kiosks. The Upper St Clair location kiosks have been down the last 4 or 5 times I’ve gone in and I don’t have the time to wait just to make the payment. I pay $350 month for service and this is getting so frustrating  that it’s ridiculous. Between the exorbitant prices and the absolutely ridiculous process that we have to go through to make payments Xfinity should do a better job of trying to retain customers.  I also posted here because I don’t have an extra hour to spend trying to talk to a human being in the phone. Instead, I’ll likely look into another provider. It’s a shame because I do like the actual service, just not the customer service and price.

Hello @user_a6c0ca thank you for reaching out to us through our forum. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been having when making a payment. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
