Payment issues

For the past two months Xfinity has changed credit cards information on my autopay, neither card belonging to me.  I have used autopay for eight years with no issues until the last two months.  Since you cannot talk to a human being with this company it is impossible to figure out why f some sort of fraud was occurring.
