Payment Extension for COVID
I am interested in getting a payment extension. I am working at home and have COVID, I am not able to afford my past due bill. I was wondering if there is anyway I can get some sort of extension? I need internet to be able to make money to pay for my internet. Every time I call xfinity I have been on hold for two hours with no avail. Thank you.

Hi,
I have a similar problem. I'm a law student, and I haven't been able to work because of Covid. I get my summer job stipends at the end of the month, and will easily be able to pay my bill by the 24th of May. For now, I need to keep my internet on through the month because I have online exams, but I am slated to have my internet turned off on the 9th of this month (3 days from now). I've tried calling customer service but they haven't been able to help me. Do you think you could possibly extend my shut-off date to May 24, 2021, the day I've scheduled for payment? Thanks :)
