Payment extension due to Covid

Hello very sad that xfinity would disconnect service at a time like this , I have a shutoff date for tomorrow and I have been a loyal customer for such a very long years and I can’t get any extension when I have been out of work being a teacher to my children who are out of school at this time! This is so sad and the late fees and shutoff fees I’m adding up are outrageous... wondering what I can do to not get shutoff tomorrow as I just don’t have the money yet? If I schedule a payment will that stop the shutoff even if it’s scheduled after the shutoff date?
