Payment arrangment

I set up a payment arrangement for June 6th but my service is disconnected I need this fixed or to be able to speak to a live person none of the numbers and options work

As a single mom I understand that sometimes we all need a bit of extra time to make a payment to a bill. Have you followed the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement to set up an arrangement if the account is eligible? Or how did you set up the payment arrangement?

I made it through the app the chat bot sent me the link and I did it through there even know I can see it and it tells me I can manage or cancel the payment arrangement

One a payment arrangement has been place onto the account it cannot be canceled. Did you set up a scheduled payment by chance? @user_bu8q8l Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you!
