Payment arrangements

I had a payment arrangement and xfinity keeps putting through the payment.  I know need and extention on both my accounts until July 17th 2026.  Both will be paid in full.

Hello @user_ylp6z2 We can certainly look into the account and payment arrangements. Did you happen to have autopay turned on? Any scheduled payments set up prior to the 17th.

Oh, I did I also need to extend mobile bill until the 17th of July.  Payments will be made in full
