I have been struggling trying to keep my services connected during the last few months. I am requesting a payment arrangement for my past due balance as I am unable to pay right now. You guys have even fully disconnected my services leaving me jobless, and not able to contact an Agent. Everytime I try I am sent online or told I can’t speak to an Agent until I pay my last due balance! I JUST NEED SOME HELP!!! I tried to schedule the payment for a later date, but my services were still not restored.
