Payment Arrangements SCAM!

For several months, I’ve made payment arrangements by the service suspension date. I am disconnected every month the day or a few days before the arrangement date. I am always charged a reconnection fee. Why does the system disconnection date different than the actual due date? I believe Xfinity is asking for the customer payment date only to cut them off right before. This is the biggest scam ever!!!!!!
