Payment arrangement

I have made a payment arrangement to pay the bill in full on Saturday, August 30. But my service was temporarily disconnected. I can't pay anything before then.

Good afternoon, user_sqsmw6! Thank you for reaching about needing more time to make that payment. Payment arrangements are set up using the Xfinity Assistant. You can find the instructions here. Is that where you attempted to set this up? Did you set up a scheduled payment for the 30th?
