Agent transferred me to automated system instead of live agent

@user_zcvs4l Indeed, the payment arrangements are processed through the automated system. It will verify the balance you promise to pay, and have you agree to it directly. If you need to work out installment plans, then you want to stick with an agent.

@user_zcvs4l We can help with all concerns but payments on the forums. Only the phone agents are certified to process payments, or set up installments. If the account has a past due balance, with no history of broken promises, the automated system will present the option to make a payment arrangement.
