Payment arrangement

I've tried unsuccessfully to get a few days extension on my past due balance. I tried xfinity chat and no luck. I have tried calling and I'm put on hold. Im struggling to keep all my services and if service is suspended I fear I will not be able to get it all paid and turned back on. I appreciate any help you can give.
